Trafford Direct 2000 is your route to council services. Designed to
take out the difficulties in solving council based queries it provides Trafford residents
with easy access to a whole range of services. The staff are a friendly, well trained and highly motivated team whose main aim is provide excellent customer service by helping you through the maze of council services. In addition to helping customers access council services the office acts as reception for both the Planning and Education Departments. There is a Payments office present that is open the same hours as TD2000 and the Trafford Registry of Births, Marriages and Deaths share the premises (they are open 9.30am to 1.00pm - 2.00pm to 4.00, Monday to Friday).
URMSTON - Trafford Direct 2000 in Urmston Library. Customers can
make enquiries about any service provided by Trafford Council and computer
links enable many of these to be dealt with there and then in pleasant and
informal surroundings. |
