Altrincham
plays host to a number of events throughout the
year from Easter activities, the well established
and popular Altrincham Festival in the first week
of July, school holiday entertainment , festive
fun in the run up to Christmas as well as
Trafford's gastronomic extravaganza - Taste
Sensation which attracts visitors from far and
wide. There is also a variety of sporting
activities at the Ice Rink, concerts, theatre
performances and cinema showings to enjoy.
Easter Fun
 If you’re stuck for something to do during the
Easter holidays the Altrincham Town Centre
Partnership with sponsorship from Iceland, are
running their annual Easter Egg Hunt throughout
the Town Centre for children aged 4 -11years.
Between the 29th March and the 9th April, specific
shops will be displaying the Altrincham Easter
Bunny and all the children have to do is collect
the letters to form a word. Entry forms will be
going to local primary schools in the week before
the Easter Holidays start, with information on how
to enter the competition and which shops the Bunny
is visiting, if your child doesn’t receive an
entry form click on the link below for your copy
of the entry form.
The competition is a great way to have fun and
get the kids out doing some exercise after all
those Easter Eggs! All correct entries will be
entered into a draw on Monday 12th April, and
winners will be informed during that week. For

Bridal Designer Days!
Appointments are now being taken for the upcoming
Designer Days taking place at Cheshire Bridal
Wear in Altrincham. The designers Nikki from
Nicola-Anne Bridal Wear and Tracey from
Chanticleer will be visiting the beautiful
showroom to showcase their stunning new
collections for 2010. The designers will be on
hand to offer first class advise and suggestions
on finding the perfect wedding gown. As the
designers will work with each bride individually
the appointments are limited, last few
remaining.
